Siemtcoat® SF211은 Glassine, PEK, CCK 등을 위해 특별히 설계되었습니다. 기판 코팅. 각 구성 요소의 복용량은 특정 공정 조건 및 적용 요구 사항에 따라 조정되어야 합니다. 구성 요소를 완전히 혼합한 후 경화를 위해 기판 표면에 코팅을 적용하여 목표 방출 프로파일을 달성합니다.

처리

When applying Siemtcoat® SF211 into the Siemtcoat system, please strictly adhere to the following mixing procedure:

1.  Weigh the base polymer Siemtcoat® SF211---XX parts.
2. 2. Weighthe crosslinker Siemtcoat® 8982---XX 
3.  Add the weighed crosslinker and thoroughly mix to ensure complete dispersion.
4.  Weigh the catalyst Siemtcoat® 5000---XX parts, and add it during mixing.

    (Attention: Do not mix the crosslinker and catalyst directly, as a dramatic reaction will occur.)

5.  Continue mixing until the catalyst achieves a uniform distribution throughout the mixture.

목욕 생활

모든 Siemtcoat 시스템의 항온조 수명은 제형, 장비, 혼합 공정, 온도 및 환경에 따라 달라집니다. Siemtcoat® SF211은 원래의 항온조 수명을 변경하지 않으며 일반적으로 40℃에서 약 5시간 동안 지속됩니다.

해제력

릴리스 포스 성능은 여러 요인에 따라 달라집니다.

We measure release force using different substrates and adhesives to define its characteristics. While  the  standard  release  force  measure  could  use standard tape to measure.

일반적인 이형력 성능:

Tesa Tape 7475(23℃): 3~5g/25mm(0.3m/min 박리 속도)

경화

Siemtcoat 시스템의 경화 결과는 주로 배합, 기질 품질, 경화 온도 및 오븐 효율성에 따라 달라집니다. 우리는 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었습니다.

(경화시간은 이형코팅층의 번짐, 벗겨짐, 마이그레이션이 발생하지 않는 최소의 경화시간으로 정의됩니다.)

Siemtcoat® SF211  should  be  stored  in  a  closed  container  at  -20°C  to  +30°C temperature.

Siemtcoat의 표준 유통기한은 24개월입니다.
